Hi everybody!
Last night I've noticed a very unpleasant noise (rattle?) coming from one of the M80's.(at -15 on my HK7300;I never went over 0 ).Took the grille of and noticed that the sferical part was intermitently deflating and looked like a thin surface of paper).
Called Axiom at 10:05PM .Joe told me to email him requesting a replacement for a 6.5" woofer.He gave me all the instructions for the replacement (unscrew, disconnect, connect,etc.)
Sent the email at 10:15 P.M.
Today I've got an email from Axiom (Noreen) with the tracking number(Purolator).
Checked online-at this moment the woofer is in transit.
Amazing customer service!( or the way it should be!)
