That would be an awesome setup in your room. My room is 13x18x8. I sit 9 feet away from my m60's and they are not overpowering at all. You'll be fine. Plus no more upgraditis if you go for that package.
The Denon 2900 is championed around here for good reason. You can pick one up for a little over 500 from places like ecost. If Spiff is still alive
he'll tell you all about it. Don't know if it has hdmi. If it doesn't you can always get an adapter(dvi-hdmi).
Any of those receivers mentioned will get the job done. Just pick the one that has the features you want/need and go for it.
