I am sure everyone will suggest what they own or have owned so allow me to cast my vote for the Hitachi Ultravision line of RP units. My 65" model has the most breath taking picture when displaying HD. Even DVD's are impressive due to the extra internal features of the Ultravision line. Read about them here:
