nice, but with that kind of space I'd have a lot more done, and bigger speakers. Love the seats though. White walls for a theater room is a NO NO though.
We are setting up a theater in the basment as well. My room is nowhere near that size ( mine 11 x 17), and I'm using m80's, vp-150, qs8's, hsu vtf3 mkii, but I like big sound, and I'm planning on buying a bigger home. I won't have the fancy chairs for some time down the road. Right now I wanted to get a good screen ( 110" m2500) and audio, get the gist of the room done. Once everything is paid for, I'll get the fancy seating.
Once you have played xbox on a 110" screen, there is no going back to "normal" size tv's
