I have seen excellent reviews on those 2 product. I have personally listened to both connected to B&W CM20 and they are very musical. Matching those components to the M22 would equally match or better that combo.

I am a Rotel fan. I have the RSX-1065. Although I find pricing on Rotel murderous, I find the level of music playback quality rank high close to levels like Exposure and Music Fidelity without paying the mint prices those other systems carry.
