I wasn't sure if paypal was taking a transaction fee or not. If they are not, then great. I was too lazy to read through the entire thread for that info.
The $0.78 can go to the fund. If I win the EP 600 I will have paid a whopping .0004% more than someone who just paid $25. At that point I will be justifiably incensed!

It's free to send money, yes, but what we're wondering is whether it's free to receive it. Paypal has to make money somewhere. It's like Western Union without the bullet-proof windows.
