I just wanted to let everyone know about the wonderful experience I recently had with Axioms resident expert Alan Loft. I called Axiom to try to find out what my ship date is on my speakers I recently ordered (this Thursday BTW). When I called Alan answered the call and he was able to help me out by giving me the date. We then spent the next half hour or maybe longer talking about everything I could think to ask concerning my speakers and other newly acquired audio equipment. I can’t begin to explain how impressed I was with Alan. He was one of the most helpful and pleasant people I have ever had the pleasure to talk too. Alan is obviously in another stratosphere when it comes to audio electronics than I am but I never got that feeling. I would relate our conversation more like two old friends talking about audio equipment than me calling a company to discuss their products. Alan was down to earth and extremely helpful. I think I learned more in our phone conversation than my previous 2 months of reading and researching before my purchases.

I have not even had a chance to listen to any Axiom speakers yet but I am already very glad to have purchased speakers from a company that has an ambassador like Alan Loft in their corner.

THANK YOU ALAN!!! And if you ever get to Louisiana let me know and I will make sure you enjoy your stay and not to mention the food.

And, is it Thursday Yet?????

Another question for you Axiom experts…if my ship date is the 21st of July…when should I expect delivery. If any of you know the exact time that would be helpful too. LOL…

I don't see many aye's to this post as I think pretty much everyone here knows about Alan and has got used his being on a higher plane! Seriously, though I have not yet had the good fortune of talking to him over the phone, I did exchange a couple of IM's with him, he's an amazingly pleasant and helpful person.

Alan, if you ever come to India, you know who to buzz!

I would guess Monday the 25th based on my order that shipped on a Thursday.

Monday??? That would be cool!!!

Another vote for Monday in LA if they ship on the 21st.

ditto on Monday, normally it is a 2 day delivery, but with the weekend it should be Monday.

I agree. I emailed him a week or so back and he was extremely helpful!

Although one piece of advice given could have possibly irritated fans of a certain three letter company.

I've never been to Lousiana, so one of these days, I'll have to take a little trip. . .I'll give you advance warning.
