Don't feel bad Jack. I did the same thing. It took me some time to realize it was the downloading he was speaking of. My first thought was, "how does Peter know he's too young to drink?" LOL!

I thought he was trying to spell reefer backwards but was too stoned to realize he had gotten it wrong. I too missed the downloading as the illegal reference.
