Drinking tea and listening to the exquisite Ravel Daphnis et Chloe with Dutoit conducting the Montreal Symphony.

Enjoy the music, not the equipment.

Went with a gin and tonic with the baseball game on mute and a good book. Weird, I know.

tip: it's probably not a good idea to be flaunting illegal habits on a public forum...

Excellent disc. Aside from the emotional and erotic nature of the music. It is an outstanding performance with incredible sonics. It was one of the first classical cd's I played after purchasing my 60's

Though I wouldn't recommend it, I don't think drinking scotch, bourbon, and merlot in one night is illegal.

Oh...you meant downloading the music.

LOL! I'm such a dunce (at least I can blame it on my age ). I kept looking for references to illegal substances, and couldn't find any, so I was puzzled by Peter's mention of illegality. Shows you how much I know about downloading.

Don't feel bad Jack. I did the same thing. It took me some time to realize it was the downloading he was speaking of. My first thought was, "how does Peter know he's too young to drink?" LOL!

Hmmm, and here all along I was thinking somebody changed the name or something. I was like, 'How does the term hefer relate?'

Any age at which you can get away with the excuse.

Peter, Peter, Peter. Now you're asking me to get up on my toes. You sadist. If I tried that, you could hear my calf muscles twanking all the way to California.

You mean that wasn't a typo?

What's 'hefer'?

I thought he was trying to spell reefer backwards but was too stoned to realize he had gotten it wrong. I too missed the downloading as the illegal reference.

Drinking Dannon bottled water and listening to the aquariums gurgle (and me laughing about some of the threads tonight).

And I was trying to figure out who was too stoned to realize the mistake....you or him.

Or was it me? Hmmm.

I never have figured out why sometimes (not always) there is so much space between my text and signature line...what's up with that?

If you hit enter one or more times which puts CR/LF's after the last of your text, the forum code adds the extra lines...

At least that is what I have determined...

Your <Enter> key may be sticking...

See, I'll do it on purpose. Should be one additional line between my name and sig...I only hit <Enter> once.

Oh, OK...that makes sense. Thanks I'll see if maybe somehow I have a bad habit of hitting the 'enter' key more than once
