i was ready to order a nother pair of m3ti whit full metal bracket for the surrond,then my wife told that it was a better thing to change the carpet in the ht room for a wood floor , she won

I think you would be happier with Qs4's or Qs8's for surround/rear channels, especially for Home Theater Effects, just my opinion. You are right, wife's rule...

Those full metal brackets are nice, I wound up giving mine to my neighbor as a early xmas present this year. I helped him put in his surround speakers and they were perfect, I dont think anything else would have worked for the spot they needed to go in. The adjustability of those things is great. Strong little buggers too, I wonder what the max weight is they can hold.
