Well that was the quickest decision I've ever made to anything pretaining to this hobby.
I think I'm going to go ahead and order the Axiom bulk cable/wire. I really do like their terminated cables/wire, but I just can't deal with spades. I've never really had a true hate for anything, but must say I hate spades. It'd be nice if they started offering a choice of either spade or banana plugs, but since they don't, I'll go with the bulk.
I did notice they do sell banana plugs, but I'm stupid, never learned how to do that sort of stuff, so if they don't come terminated, I don't buy them.

I used the Bluejeans for inter connects for the Halo amps. Used Axiom speaker wire, and slowly changed most of the cables over to Axioms. Have been happy with the chocie and would recommend both companies.

Dennis I do have a couple of the Axiom cables and those things are nice, I can't believe how flexible they are.
For the short runs I'd certainly suggest cables such as the above mentioned but for the long runs I do believe you'll come out ahead having them made up locally.

Purchased my HDMI/DVI and Component cables from monoprice, unbelievable prices and super quality. Speakerwire was purchased in bulk from an ebay store.

Sutter, assuming it's the soldering that bothers you when it comes to banana plugs, You might be interested in the banana plugs I use.
They can be found at your local Radio Shack. No soldering required. They screw apart; you slide about a half inch of exposed wire through the bottom half of the plug, fan out the exposed wire, bend it down over the top of the bottom half of the plug, then just screw the top half back on.
I use SoundKing, 12 gauge speaker wire from Parts Express, and Dayton innterconnects from Parts Express. Good quality, great price.

Ah sweet, Jack you're such a life saver. Yes, I never learned to do all that soldering stuff. With all my years of experience, I should know how, but it's something I'm guilty of never learning.
I'll check into those banana plugs you refered to. I've got a Rat Shack close to my house.
Thanks again my friend, you're too kind.

Jack I also use the Radio Shack banana plugs, heavy duty and easy to use. I also have a couple of banana plugs that is almost identical to these except they have a set screw, which I really like...but I can't remember where I got them from.

No, although these look extremely close, I picked mine up locally. I'm actually thinking it was maybe Home Depot. They sold A/V connects and cabling for a period of time but our local Home Depot quit selling it a couple or so months back...matter of fact I am quite sure it was Home Depot where I got them.
