B&W 804 vs M80s

A local dealer has a sale on a pair of B&W 804 for just a little over twice the cost of the M80s. From what I've read the M80s are similar to the 703/4 series but how are they compare to the B&W 804s? Does the difference in sound justify the 2X in price? PLease help as I want to get the speakers soon.

I have seen a fair amount of discussion re: B&W 6xx and 7xx vs. Axioms, but not much about the 803 and 804. Here's the only thread I found :

Do you mean that you can get 804s for around USD 2,400? If yes, get them.

I totally agree here. For $2400. Buy the 804s. Great sound and looks.
