I forgot someone's birthday yesterday. You know who you are. I have nothing for you other than this message.

Well HAPPY BIRTHDAY late, Ken! Have you hit 30 yet? OY!

Since I'm late with the birthday greeting, to offset that, I'll be early with the "congratulations on your 5000th post" greeting, which should happen sometime today. That will make TWO Axiomites on the board, I believe, and they actually LIKE each other.

Heh... you spoiled my big (yea, right) surprise.

I'm not 30 yet... just barely. I'm 29. Thanks for the promotion, though.

4 more posts to go... and I'm not doing a countdown post like some others around here... MARK!

Happy birthday, Ken! I don't have a present for you, but I do have a half full bag of cat food and some cat litter free for the taking.

Apologies if I stepped on your toes, Ken. I just happened to notice that you were approaching that milestone. However, I think all posts made BEFORE you purchased Axioms shouldn't count toward your total.

Thanks everyone!

In that case, Jack, all the posts you made in the interregnum between owning Axioms should be null and void. Which would probably put us on about the same footing as now.

Happy Birthday, Ken! Maybe that VA air or water is beginning to affect Peter.

Happy Birthday, Ken! Don't worry, it's easy to feel young on these boards with all the old farts who hang out here!

Ken, Happy B-Day.

Sorry - I'm a day later than Pete being a day late. OK, let me read this acouple of times and see if an edit is required.

BTW - Jack has ties older than you are.

HEY! It still says "connoisseur." Somebody PM Amie and get this guy his proper title.

EDIT: Boy this IS weird! I just went to the "aaaand" thread where Ken makes his 5000th post, and in the post he is properly titles "axiomite." In this thread, even though he's over 5000 posts, he is still a "connoisseur." For some reason, I thought that when your title changed, ALL your posts, even the ones made in the past, changed to the new title. Wrong again! (apparently)

Jack, I never get tired of you being wrong.

Because it is so rare. Of course, you'll never match the "I'm right" percentage posted by my wife.

Hey Ken, Happy Birthday! I'm pretty sure I've got stuff older than you, too. Enjoy that part where you can eat anything, feel fine and not gain any weight. It will probably end in about three years. Even for you.

That does happen with other bulletin board packages, like YaBB... UBBThreads keeps each message separate for things like your user level, your avatar, your tagline/signature, etc...

Just think, in 10 years he'll be the same age as Jack Benny the first time.
