I honestly doubt that any court of law would hold Axiom responsible if something was sold through these boards and a problem arose. A standard waiver on the main page removes any and all accountability if it was in fact an issue. But these are not my forums so it is what it is.
However, say I throw something on E-Bay or Audiogon or wherever and show up here and post a link to the ad asking if anybody from here wants it?
Technically I'm not selling it here but it's mentioned here. How would Axiom be viewed as liable and how would I be breaking the rules that are currently in place?
Please understand I’m not trying to start yet another flame war, I’m simply asking as I honestly don’t have the answer.

I don't have an answer for you, my simple view, Axiom has given their reason, agree or not, end of discussion.

Agreed, this is Axiom's forum, so I will respect their wishes and not try to beat around the bush.

Forgive me then for asking the question. I thought it was a fair question but I got my answer regardless. The Monster conditioner thread that is currently running more or less answered my question. Linking to something it seems is fine as I don’t see any of the wanna be Axiom "Mods" jumping all over that thread.

Definitely a fair question. I think the answer is "yeah, it's likely Axiom would win but I think they want to avoid having to fight lawsuits in the first place".
Linking to a "for sale" ad somewhere else seems to be OK. I think this is one of those "I don't know exactly where the abyss starts but would like to stay away from the edge please" situations.
