A tweeter on my VP150 did not work right and axiom sent me a new tweeter to replace my broken one. while replacing the tweeter, The head of one of the screws on the tweeter broke while i started to unscrew it. Spoke to Joe about it, he asked me to send it over so that they can fix it. Now I just got off the phone with Joe and Axiom is shipping me a new New VP150......Yes a new VP150. I am like WOW.......

Axiom has proven to me and others time and time again, their 2nd to none customer service. It is not often a company treats you as one of their own.

I gotta agree with Randy, I have yet to hear or experience anything but perfect service from Axiom.
