Can you put the W22 and W 150 flush against the wall and not hurt the sound quality? I plan on putting them in columns on the sides of the screen.

Flush mounting causes speaker response to become unpredictable and usually highly colored. The W series was specifically designed to protrude from the wall to avoid this phenomenon. Also, the W22s are ported on the bottom, so mounting them flush would block the port.
