Hi all -
Trying to dial in my subs with my new m22's.
What crossover setting would you recommend for the A/V receiver and for the back of my subs as well?

Hi Don,

Normally, a good starting point, and THX recommended settings would be to set your speakers to small in your receivers setup menu, and use an 80hz crossover setting. Since your receiver will be managing the crossover, you want to get your subs crossover knob out of the way. So, turn your crossover knob on the sub clockwise to the maximum setting, normally 120hz or more. Some subs have a "bypass" option for the crossover knob, which is basically the same thing.

I agree. I have my settings set at the THX setting of 80 Hz. Of course, you can always try a setting and then go 20 Hz higher or lower and see if you like it better.
