 Wire-Hider advice?

I am getting toward the final stages of getting my theater completed, but i wanted to come on here to see if anyone had any good types of wire hider they have used to run speaker wire. I am not able to go through the walls, but i do have a drop-ceiling that i am running everything through, i just need to run the wire either up a corner, or up the wall. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Most home improvement stores have wiremold, which does what you describe, usually in the electrical area. Or, you can go to a place like http://www.cableorganizer.com that is where I bought my cable raceways for my HDMI and Component for my projector.
