Al, welcome. There's little or no "matching" needed between well-designed amplifiers and speakers; they pretty much all work well together and the amplifier doesn't introduce any sound characteristic of its own. The best speakers for you depend on factors such as room size, etc. and we'll be glad to offer suggestions if you describe your situation.

Thanks John. My living room is about 11'x20', From my sofa to Hifi rack is the short side 11'. I have flate Tv, but I will use this system for main music listening. For a good hifi, I don't think i need any surround in this room. Music type is jazz/classical. I am thinking of M22, M50 or M60.

For that size room, the M22s should be fine, especially if you're planning to use a sub. For most music(excluding pipe organ)the M22s which I have can do an adequate job on my classical music even without a sub(I have a weak, but still usable in-room response at 40Hz when used without a sub). Nevertheless, most would probably suggest the M60s for music without a sub. Your 1070 should have more than enough power for these speakers in your room.
