Hey, I see a birthday cake beside Peter's (Pmbuko)avitar. That must means it's time to wish you a Happy Birthday.

Enjoy.

Happy Birthday, Peter! I guess since you left Ca. you are getting older faster.

Happy birthday, Peter! I was going to send you a flatpanel tv, but I didn't want to take away the family time you've gained from not having a tv. Plus Jessica might get mad at me. So I got you some music instead - something the whole family can enjoy (should arrive in the next week or so).

Happy Birthday!

Y'know, I've got some Old Guardian around here somewhere that would make a nice present ... if we can ever meet up again. Have a great one!

Thank you, everyone!

For my big 3-0, a few branches of my family pulled together to get me none other than this fine piece of modern gadgetry. I suppose over the last year I made one too many comments about how our current vacuum cleaner is a P.O.S. And then last month when this thing hit the market I said I thought it was cool. And now, here we are. A household cleaning appliance.... For my birthday. And I actually think it's cool. What's wrong with me?

Plus, if you think about it, an equivalently priced flat-panel TV would suck, so...

Peter -

You think there's something wrong with you! Whenever we get a new vacuum cleaner, I spend the first week just looking for dirt on the carpet so I can vacuum it up. lol

Thankfully, it only takes a week for that novelty to ware off, then I hate vacuuming again.

Okay, now it's time--Happy Birthday, Peter!

It's funny, I recently bought a vacuum and thought it was the coolest thing. Now that I'm over thirty I find myself looking to purchase things that make my life more comfortable--like better sheets, softer towels, vacuum, fluffy pillow. . .

Uh oh, I better stop there, it's starting to sound wierd.

There's nothing wrong with getting in touch with your feminine side, just as long as you don't start wearing dresses, lip stick, high heals, watching soaps, collecting shoes, and having hot flashes.

Ah said it before, ah'll say it agayn:

Happy birthday, old man! I would say I hope you're doing something fun, but I know you're working.

As for the vacuum cleaner, you get a pass, since it's a Dyson. My wife says that it's a Man's vacuum cleaner, just 'cause it's so complicated or something.

What a day. I had a bit of "fat-fingered" IT excitement, brought on by yours truly... But I fixed it and learned a lot in the process.

Sutter, I would have responded earlier, but I was busy washing my hair.

Sorry I'm late to the party! Just had my place tented for termites, (a fairly common occurence in S. Florida) so I didn't get caught up till now.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PETER!!!!!!!!

Hope your new vacuum sucks less.. or is that more.. than the one it replaced!

happy belated birthday, Peter.

You must report back on how you like the new toy...and of course, pictures are required....:) but remember, absolutely in no way are pics of you vacuuming naked acceptable.

I'm not sure that one can "tastefully obscure" naughty bits. Art. I guess you'd have to see it to appreciate it.

A colleague shared the following with me on Tuesday; I had previously been completely unaware of it.

Hooray! Hooray!
The Eighth of May!
It's National Outdoor Intercourse Day!

Peter's Birthday. A Vacuum. Good grief.
