I've got to rewire my new house. New speaker wires, component, composite, HDMI, CAT5, coax, etc.
I'm looking for sources of flat cables. Not the flat kind like flatire (decorp) that sticks to the wall, but more like flat wire that can be run under carpet.
Here's what I've found so far:
HDMI: flat Altona, though I need a source Speaker: Taperwire but only in 14 ga. I'd prefer at least 12 ga. Would also prefer white. Component/Composite/RCA: ? CAT5: Taperwire or VPI Coax: I've only found 8" ones for windows.

I've also found Muxlab.com which makes baluns that run over Cat5. I found a source for flat Cat5E, so that might do the trick if I can't find the cables themselves.

Cesar, I've never had to use this sort of wiring and at this point I suspect that you may be the board's leading expert on it. Here's some white 14ga that came up. You didn't mention distance, but if you're going under the carpet by a relatively direct route, it might seem that even 14ga wouldn't be necessary(there seems to be some 15ga flat, for some reason), using the usual wire gauge suggestion table.
