Greeeeaaaaatt.
I think Disney needs to go back and re-do Snow White, and Fantasia too. Do 3-D animation! Fantasia could use some Wookies, while they're at it, if Lucas will let them.

Maybe they can even digitally make William Shatner a better actor.

Besides, if they edited out the pauses in his "acting", the episodes would be 35 minutes long instead of 47 since 1/4 of each show was Captain Kirk's pauses...

Can't disagree with you on the comments about William Shatner's "Capt. Kirk" acting. Pretty bad. No, REALLY bad. BUT, though it may have taken him 40 years, he actually did learn to act. He's been nominated for an Emmy each of the last 4 years, winning once, for his role as Denny Crane on The Practice and Boston Legal. If you've never seen him on Boston Legal, you should check him out. IMHO, both he and the show are a hoot.

Can't be any worse than his "singing". Maybe I need to find those on vinyl for my analog setup...

Jack, I'll agree he did a great job on Boston Legal, he must have used all those Star Trek royalties for some acting lessons.
