Axiom used to use FedEx, but changed to DHL in the US about a year ago, they don't use UPS or FedEx anymore, unless they have changed again recently.

UPS will leave them on your step, FedEx won't, and I believe DHL will also.

Thanks for all of the input. Delivery to my office would not be an option.

I think I will either

a: try to have them require a signature, and if I am not home arrange for pick up at the delivery center.

b: be home.

c: both of my neighbors are retired so I could have them deliver the items to one of them. The lady next door must be close to 75 years old, so I doubt she would be able to lug an ep500 or m80/m60 (still deciding) into her garage!

FedEx will leave packages at your door if you go to the local station prior and sign a waiver for them to do so, everything I get from FedEx is now left at our front door.

DHL delivered mine and offered to haul or help haul the boxes into the house. Might've had something to do with the fact that the truck was almost empty and it was only noon though. ;\)

Will do Robb. I guess I'll need to pick you up at the airport, or will you be driving the 2,912 miles from Calgary to Vero? \:\)

mine are being handled by purolator. in fact as i type they're probably on a truck or train approaching Belleville! in about 12 hours i'm hopping to hear my doorbell go ding dong! will i be happy i spent 2 thousand dollars? will i easily be able to find the defects on my outlet speakers? i'm really hoping these speakers will be a sound revelation the way my Shure earphones were when i first heard them.

What does this button do?

If you had Bose before, they will be. I continue to be amazed with my 80s.
