It's Yukentesis of the Boseid family. This may explain why you had to drop your xover to 40hz. One more week and you'll be down to 30hz with these guys eating up long wavelengths.

It's some sort of inesct that carries debris around as camouflage. The top bit is the head with eyes on the side. Some of that debris looks like insect parts, so I'm going to go with brown lacewing larva.
