Thanks for the tip on Autoflac - now that I'm done. Bastiges.
MP3Tag for me, too. Lots of cleanup left to do.

I ran into trouble using MP3Tag for some reason. I somehow ended up messing up the tags for many songs, and I don't remember if I figured out why. Now I just re-rip when I notice something wrong with a certain set of tracks, and a lot of my earlier ripping is ripe for a re-rip since I did it with an older version of Easy CD-DA Extractor (which seems a lot more user-friendly up-front, but maybe doesn't rip as accurately) before they let you put the album art in the files. So now I try to re-rip for that, too. I just like to say "rip" a lot.

ok, so I just tried to burn one of by ripped cds from flack back onto a CD-R to see how it works. I tried ot load the cue sheet and it said error: line 7 I tried to load the cue sheet with nero and I got the same error... Can anyone tell me what is wrong? Here is my clip out of the cue sheet REM GENRE "Progressive Rock" REM DATE 1979 REM DISCID A809390D REM COMMENT "ExactAudioCopy v0.99pb3" PERFORMER "Pink Floyd" TITLE "The Wall (CD 1)" FILE "-ILE "Range.flac" WAVE TRACK 01 AUDIO TITLE "01.In the Flesh?" PERFORMER "Pink Floyd" INDEX 01 00:00:00
You can see line 7 is kinda weird: FILE"=ILE "range.flac" WAVE I wonder what this should be or why there is an error... any suggestions?

Have you tried changing that line to:
FILE "Range.flac" WAVE
I think that's what this line should look like.

that was my first guess but I was holding off an changing it.
I just tried the change and the error changed from :
error " too many arguments on Line 7"
to
error "File does not exist in line 7."
So maybe that is the correct change, but where the heck is this range file that it is talking about?
