M50 compared to M3

I now own the M3s and am thinking of getting a pair of M50s. Besides deeper bass and better power handling can anyone tell me how the M50s differ? Any real difference in midrange, treble or imaging?
Thank you.

The M50 and M3 are rooted in the same design so at lower volume levels the deeper bass is going to be the apparent difference. As you turn it up the better dynamics of the M50s will come into play and you will notice this in the mid range.
