Hello everybody, A quick word from a "new guy" here... I just purchased this afternoon the Epic 80 - 350 system. Never heard it, except that some of you talk a lot about it so I said to myself "Why not giving it a try ?" Question : I own a Denon AVR-2308CI and was wondering if someone can share his listening experience with this kind of setup. Thanks ! Plan 1 : Completed. Plan 2: Explain to the wife...

Well, I am not sure what you are looking for. I have the 3808 and the Epic 80 but with a SVS sub right now and the whole thing sounds awesome, unbelieveable, it's like the artists/bands are right in my room. How did I do? Seriously, the system sounds great, you will not be disappointed, but you may want to make sure you a have a blanket ready for the couch

Epic 80/500 here with a denon 3808 as well. I think you will find that the 2308 will power your m80's just fine.

Axiom 80 7.3 setup with Denon 2805 and works great. Recently, I have added some monoblock amps to drive the 80's, but you should be totally fine.
