Wow, what a beautiful day. The weather is perfect. All the plant life is happy to have had some good rain for the first time in a while.
Mark, you're missing some great natural lighting. At least you'll be able to listen to that Dave Matthews DVD soon.

JP, harsh sunlight isn't the best lighting for photography, at least according to my brother.
But, it is a wonderful day. I wish we could be at the museums with you today.

Hopefully it'll be cooler today. It's been roasting for the last few days. Gah.

What, no snow yet? I would have thought you would have your igloo up by now.

I'm going to hijack Doc's thread to say that I plan to leave CV's latest comment in the shout box hanging as long as possible.

Had a nice time at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History. My friend Tom looks exactly like he did 8 years ago. You think he's sleeping in a hyperbaric chamber, perhaps? Nolan liked the dinosaur skeletons, of course. He was proudly wearing his Pterodactyl t-shirt. He recognized the Triceratops, Stegosaurus, and T. Rex. I spent half of the day answering "What's that?!", but I ain't complaining. The chow at the cafe behind the dinosaur exhibit was not half bad, especially for previously prepared cold sandwiches. For the beer thread aficionados, they even had Heineken and Amstel Light, $5.50 a bottle, what a bargain! Peter, I almost PM'd you to see if you and the family were free, but I figured with such short notice, the force was against me.
