Thanks for the link Jason, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything remotely appealing possibly because I only recognized a handful of artist. I find it somewhat frustrating and confusing as to why other artists don't offer higher quality recordings. I assume the main reason is because of the expense, but come on, most artists, especially solo artists would enjoy the best sounding material they can get their hands on, so why not sell it? I believe there's a huge market for it i.e. we are constantly looking for great sounding albums/movies to show off or truly enjoy our Axiom speakers/home theaters. With home theaters becoming more and more popular I hope the music industry recognizes the zest for a great sounding recordings.

I think there are relatively few people demanding high def music. I hope you are right about the increase in HT installs driving more demand for HT mucic.

Cam - I totally agree. The idea is good, but their list of artists is awful. Hopefully with time artists get wise to the fact that this outlet allows them to sell the same music at a 50% premium.

Not that I'm aware of... I suspect it is mostly local artists who live within an hour of HD Track's 96/24 recording studio.

There were a few names I noticed, most notably Shania Twain.

Her looks are famous but not her music
