Since you say "one" of the woofers, you should switch the M22s to see if the other speaker acts the same during the same point in the movie. If it doesn't, that would suggest, of course, a defect in just the one woofer and a call to Joe at Axiom. If the other speaker does the same, one possibility that arises(if you're not using a sub)is that some extreme bass is causing a metallic(use of the m word is permissible in this context)clack when the driver bottoms.

Enjoy the music, not the equipment.

Can you be more specific?
Does it make this sound throughout the entire movie?
Does it make the sound on all dvd's or only a particular one?
Has it made this sound when playing any cd's?
What equipment are you using? Reciever? DVD player?
If you plug in your old speakers, does this same thing occur?
If it happens during DVD playback but not cd playback, it certainly doesn't sound like an issue with your speakers. Give us some more details, and I'm sure someone here will be able to help you pin the problem down.

I already switched the woofer around the room just one makes the noice. And it only does it during high intensity levels of bass like chapter 15 on U 571 movie or Matrix.

Hi tiamson,
If you are playing DVDs with high-intensity bass levels on the soundtrack, you should be running the M22ti's with a subwoofer. As JohnK and FordPrefect pointed out, set the M22s to "Small" and use an 80-Hz crossover on your receiver's bass-management setup menu. If you don't have a subwoofer, go easy on the volume levels. You could be bottoming out one of the woofers and you risk damaging the others. Although the M22ti's will play remarkably loud, they are not capable on their own of delivering the high-level bass effects from a DVD movie blockbuster soundtrack, or of the same dynamics as a large floorstanding speaker like the M80s. That's the purpose of a subwoofer.
Call Joe Vassallo, our service manager, on the toll-free line, if you think one of the woofers has been damaged or is defective.
