You can call them and try to get them to send the driver back before the end of the day.

Probably better that you pick them up. You really don't want to give them an excuse to drop-kick your boxes into the truck again.

status report!
two of the six boxes were damaged but the speakers were intact. I ordered them through the FO and didn't find any imperfections.
Big difference in sound! wowwwww we tested them for three hours and we turned the sub off. It made no difference, they are plenty of bass coming out of these! For movie, there was at least one passage in WallE where the sub made a difference.
I still need to install the additional QS8s before I take some pictures. Will probably install them tomorrow, can't wait to watch hellboyII in 7.1
The power amp does sure make a difference, can't live without it.
We're done with our setup.

they are plenty of bass coming out of these! Yup. At some point, you need to level match all speakers in your system and try out the sub on movies again. If you still hear no difference with and without, you need a new sub. With most music, you should not notice much difference betwen with and without sub because there is little or nothing below around 40Hz. With movies, those that have lots of LFE, you should notice a big difference between just the 80s and 80s+sub.

+1 on the sub... a descent sub that is properly calibrated should make a significant difference with movies even with M80's and ANY amplifier. For me, the PB13 adds alot of depth and "punch" (in my room, anyway) even to music, more than the M80's alone. Anyway, congratulations on your system!

We're done with our setup. 3:10 to Yuma's another really solid one in 7.1. You're going to be feeding the speakers for awhile.

don't worry, I will post pictures. I need to find the sweet spot for my lateral QS8 and install my ceiling brackets. We can't wait to have them all installed, so far we like how it was sounding in 5.1 but we need 7.1 in our room. I should have placed my original pair of QS8 on the side instead of behind.

What brackets are you using in those pictures for the angled Qs8's?

For those next to the projector I use For my side QS8 I will use these: with the later, I think you can play with the orientation, I will have a chance to look at them in a few minutes since I'm done with the positionning.. I'm getting ready to install them. I will have to go in the attic to pass all my cables
