My Setup
Here is just a few pics of my living room. The wife and I just bought the house a few months ago, still doing lots of work.

Nice install, Might I suggest maybe painting the speaker wire black or get some Axiom wire which is black to help hide the surround wiring more, if you don't plan on trying to pull them through the walls.

awesome setup, this gives me ideas for my new 22's and Panny 46". HOwever, my wife does not like the stands with the bar holding up the tv. She is looking at Wood type cabinets at local furniture stores, could be tricky to find something for the center.

Rage, if you get a chance to put a thow rug down on the floor between you and the speakers, you will be amazed how much better your Axioms will sound....

Good idea Sirquick, I have been telling the wife we need a rug or some more pictures. I would also like to get some acoustic panels, but that is not high on my list. Saving up for another Ep500 and a pair of M60's and maybe 2 more QS8. But that won't be for another 3 years.
With the back wires, I will be painting them the same as the wall, just have not gotten around to it.
One thing I have to do is lower the T.V a little. Wife also said yesterday that we should get a new T.V on boxing day if there is a good deal. I hope there is one.
Don't get me wrong my 42" sharp is working fine and I have had it for 3 yrs now. But the T.V stand is for 52" and you just can't have a small T.V it just does not look right to me.

You might want to move your centre forward to the edge of the stand as well, you could be getting a reflection off the stand. Nice looking setup!
