I‘ve seen Netflix have items listed as “Save“ more than a year and a half prior to release. I found this site helpful when checking for new movies: http://www.themovieinsider.com/movie-releases/november/2009/When I’ve gotten something in my queue very early it’s always shipped on the day of release. I put “The Plan” in my queue over a year ago and it would have shipped immediately however when I got the Blu-ray player I switched all the queued items to Blu-ray if it was available so now it says “Very Long Wait” (stupid stupid)

UP
It lived up to the hype. It sure is amazing how far animated films have come. Why does Pixar keep making me say that?

Monsters vs. Aliens
I actually started watching last night, but I fell asleep after half an hour, so tonight I finished it. It was entertaining enough. I agree with JP about the audio.

Tonight it will be the MLS Western Conference Finals where hopefully my Dynamo can win against the Galaxy. It will also be extra nice because I finally bought a HDTV yesterday. All of my other TVs were at least 10 years old.

Last night we watched "Adam's Rib" - Spencer Tracey and Kate Hepburn. Maybe the first movie on Women's Rights?

Anything with Katherine Hepburn is good. If you are a fan of B&W movies and quick witted but understated humor, I recommend it. Not sure what generation CV is from - Audrey Hepburn (no relation) is another of my favorites. "Roman Holiday" comes to mind.

Funny Face. Breakfast at Tiffany's. My Fair Lady. Sabrina. Did she do any "average" work? Love her, and that oversaturated Technicolor.
