Yup. Here's an article about him:

Just goes to show you how truly subjective art's appeal can be.

I agree, DJStunna. I always worked in B&W when I had my own darkroom and enlarger.
Strange timing... I was just packing up my Axomat enlarger today for the move... sadly, I don't know that there will be a suitable room in the new place for a darkroom.

Hi chopa2less,
Of course. Thanks. And his son runs a high-end loudspeaker company. I wasn't impressed when I heard them some years ago. But it wasn't a "blind" test to rid me of my negative Eggleston bias.

Hey William! I figured you were from New Orleans the second I saw your moniker . I'm originally from the woods (Amite) just north of Hammond in Tangipahoa parish. Welcome!

Hi folks,
I just wanted to get back to you and thank you for the feedback. I couldn't get back to say thanks and quickly as I would have liked. I think I got it all connected and set up correctly now. The Hsu sub arrived and really helped.
Now to get the center and surrounds soon. The sound for movies has been fantastic as is and am sure will only get better with the rest of the set-up. I will pop back in soon as I have a couple other questions regarding the center speaker.
I have been spending alot of time on another forum as my number one hobby is Vettes...A new Vette was introduced over the weekend by GM and is knocking my socks off !! This occasion only comes every seven to nine years !! I will pop back in soon with more questions.
Happy New Year....
Rick

Yes Ken, I've been studying the pics the last few days. This might even get me to trade in my Pinto.

I too used to be a huge vette fan. I came that close (holding finger REALLY close together) to purchasing a 1969 back in 1992. Sadly I didn't. Maybe someday.
I found this gallery of pictures of the new 2005 C6. Nice, but an awfully conservative redesign. At quick glance you'd think it hadn't changed at all. I mean the poor Vette has look nearly identical since 1984. Don't get me wrong, the new C6 is a hot car, but when you said that there was a "new" vette, I got all excited, expecting a radically new design.
