Other sub companies don't seem to have issues with RCA jacks on their amps, hopefully down the road this won't be an issue.

I used one of these.. I believe they are for use with cable not sat TV. you can still use them for SAT TV as well as it still runs through coax cable. I would also try running the satline through a grounded spliter(if you are splitting the signal) or groundable inline junction like the cable companies use to connect to when the outside cable is joined to the inside runs in the house, also make sure these items are in fact grounded to the main ground in the house.

From what I recall it was said the sat TV ran on a higher bandwidth than what the Axiom isolator can accommodate.

You would be correct, Axiom's won't work with SAT systems I have seen ground isolators for Sat systems though, I just can't remember where. A quick Google and found this http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/DISTRIBUTED-BY-MCM-4170-/33-8700

Don't you mean, a quick 'Lougle'?
Bahahahahahahaha... A little 'Hot Tub Time Machine' humor there. If anyone hasn't seen that movie walk, no RUN to your nearest theater and see it. My fiancee & I almost pissed ourselves we laughed so hard at that movie!

Resolved: The EP350 manual on the Axiom web site differs from my EP350 (I think mine's a v2). Anyhow, I was refering to the manual on the web site without realizing the manual that was in the mountain of paperwork I have in the house had a key element that the variant on the web site's manual doesn't have. My EP350 has a little screw on the back of the sub that, if removed, resolves ground loop issues. I removed it and the hum disappeared!

Excellent! Let me put in a request for Axiom to archive versions of the manuals on the website.
