Thanks guys for the nice Birthday wishes, instead of being at work today and seeing how my coworkers decorated my desk, I'm at home with a tweaked lower back. My wifey told me to let the Lowes guy put togethor our new grill for free, but not me, I'm to proud. I had to do it myself, man it took forever. At one point when trying to tighten some nuts/bolts in a strange position on my back, I found I could not get up...man this sucks.

Ken, I can't crank things up, downstairs anyway. Had to rip out all the 3yr old carpenting/padding recently when our sump pump failed and it all got wet. Luckily nothing else was lost...I guess I could crank up my m22's upstairs. \:\)

thanks, again.

Happy Birthday Randy and take it easy. I know laying on my stomach helps me ease my back alot. And definitely crank the M22's, I still hook mine up once in awhile. \:\)

I re "Tweak" my back from time to time. The last time was last summer - I finally went to a Chiropractor. I never went before because of all the negatives I had heard about chiropractics. I have now done a 180 - it helped me.

Just make sure you don't go to a "Quack" chiropractor. I did that one time and paid for it for several years afterward, by eating aspirin every time I went for a walk.

Is that a play on Randy's screen name?

I wish I had a Quack's salary. \:\) So far had some good news, my insurance adjuster is dropping a check in the mail for 5G to cover the ruined carpet padding, now I need to figure out how to redue the basement. \:\)

I'm considering building another wall and isolating the HT room off from the recroom.

Hmm, perhaps a submarine themed HT room would be both imaginative and practical in your case. You wouldn't need real steel walls but definitely something completely waterproof and I always wanted one of those big steel submarine doors with the spinning lock mechanism.

No British parts though, they will just go on fire. ;\)
