Engineer: "Tornado!"

Co-engineer: "What do we do?"

Engineer: "Blast the horn!"

When I saw the tanker car hadn't derailed and was moving in, I was thinking "Oh Sh*t!"

Randy,

Are you a NWS Storm Spotter, by chance? I ask because my NWS office showed this sane video at this year's spotter training certification class. Curious if that's how you know about it. \:\)

Can you imagine the engineers in that train seeing the tanker rolling towards them?

Half of communication is listening. You can't listen with your mouth.

Peter, no I am not an official spotter. However, I lived through a tornado back in 74 that pretty much flattened my home town in a suburb of Des Moines. Since then I like to watch storms, but know when to take cover. \:\)

MarkS and Arian, that was my reaction, when I saw that tanker coming I was like oh crappppp!

Speaking of storms, I was reading today that possibly the first named tropical storm of the season may be forming in the Atlantic and early models suggest it might be headed towards the Gulf of Mexico ... what a friggin' nightmare that can turn in to.
