I've been working on putting this list together since around Thanksgiving. I gave myself a 12/31 deadline and got it done just in time. I've posted my 100 favorite songs. Each song is linked to amazon.com where you can purchase the mp3 download if you like it. Top 100 Songs

Excellent List! Thanks. Bittersweet Symphony = The Verve / I forgot about that song, fantastic melody. I remember I first heard that song when I watch the movie Cruel Intentions... Dana

Craig, I don't have the time or energy to make my own list, but wanted to say I enjoyed yours!

It's actually fun! I had a blast doing it! The only thing that was tedious was uploading it all to my blog with the hyperlinks.

The only thing that was tedious was uploading it all to my blog with the hyperlinks. If you had not done that I would have yawned and gone on to the next thread. As it turned out, I clicked on nearly every link and I really appreciate the effort you put in.

That's cool, spiff! What a fun idea. I think I might do my own. I don't know if I'll post it here though because I don't want people to make fun of my music tastes. There will obviously be lots of Kraftwerk!

Yeah, I have a hard time believing anyone will care about what I post, but I still may try. Ha ha.

Cool idea, and nicely done.
If I had the time, I'd be all over it, but there's not enough hours in the day in medic8rland.
I might do a top ten/twenty albums list, though. A friend on Facebook recently did the "Top 15 albums of your life" meme that's going around, and it was really fun to read.
Bears, beets, Battlestar Galactica.
