Fred, "smooshed" is indeed the correct technical term for what Alan and you described. Dr. Toole defines it on p.567.

I know, I know..I have not posted my thoughts or pics.
Sorry gang, I have been busy! Spent today chatting with the Provost and Associate Provost of the university. I also sat and discussed world events with the outgoing president and incoming Govenor General of Canada.
Hey, it took me almost 9 years to post the first visit....I have some time!! LOL

ummm....the Govenor General is the Queen's representative in Canada.
Besides, I was at both Windosr Castle, and Buckingham Palace this summer....and she would not come out and play! LOL

A superfluous position, who doesn't do ANYTHING except eat our tax dollars. The Queen has absolutely no influence over our affairs. It's just a lucrative position that has, and will, remain because it's supposedly part of the fabric of Canada. I can't stand/sit either of them, it aggravates me . Sorry, Mike .
The only reasonable argument for owning a gun is to protect yourself from the police.
