Am looking at an older EP175 sub. I think the amp is shot. The guy who owns it says it powered up when he replaced the fuse, but then shut down again almost immediately thereafter. Everything else from the outside looks pristine. I told him I'd take it off his hands, but first wanted to know if it's possible to get a replacement amp for this speaker, or if that's not possible.
Thanks

You would have to contact Axiom about that. No one here could confirm nor deny that!

A number of the amps have been redesigned and the new models are smaller and will not fit into the same mounting cavity. As others have said, check with Axiom to insure you can get an exact replacement.

I'd be surprised if Axiom didn't have some of the older amps still left over in stock.

As I posted elsewhere, they could not replace the amp for my 350 and ended up sending me a new amp and cabinet.
