Saw Neutral Uke Hotel ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEL3rSmdErc) a ukulele cover band of Neutral Milk Hotel in Chicago. The entire crowd sang along to the quirky cover of the album "In the Aeroplane Over the Sea". It was an amazing experience.

Can't wait to see them here in July. I'm assuming this was the concert where just prior Bruno was hitchhiking and picked up by Brule from the Edmonton Oilers? What an story!!!! Heard it on the radio this morning. http://www.edmontonjournal.com/sports/Oi...edmontonjournal

Yup, that's the one. Athough Bono didn't say why a guy like him was hitchhiking. You'd think he would have a few bucks for a cab! Maybe he was looking for some creative inspiration.
What a show though. It'll be a long time before that night gets topped in my book!

Murph, I want you to go see The Hip in PEI so that I can enjoy it vicariously. It appears the only US date they're playing is in Buffalo. Traveling in and out of Canada is a little awkward for me since the Dwight Episode. J/K.

After you. No! After me No, I insist! Please, after me.
I'll likely be there. I wish I could persuade you into coming with the rest of the lineup that weekend but I don't think Meatloaf or Eddy Money is going to do it.
Ever since they announced the festival was going to target more 'adult' crowds to appease the poor old folks who don't like a couple of hours of noise downtown once a year, it has gone downhill. No offense to Meatloaf or Eddie Money but they used to book the latest and semi-greatest.
If you change your mind, consider your room with us reserved.

Heading to see Keith Urban in concert tonight. Friends of ours have 2 extra tickets so we get to go for free which is great! Hopefully it's a good show. I'm not a huge country fan but he is a pretty good guitar player.

Keith urban show was awesome. That guy can put on one heck of show! Drank a little too much and spent the first half of the day at work with a raging headache... oops.
