Outriggers for towers
I've been playing around with my Sketch-up again and did some outriggers for my M80's.
These are a basic design but you get the idea...now all I need is a metal fab shop!

Very cool, but I think I'd want them to be even a little wider than that.

Thanks CV
One question, when you say wider do you mean how far they extend out or wider material?

I would think how far they extend.

I made the adjustments from your recommendations, plus a couple other design mods, but didn't upload them yet. It seems I can't add additional pics to my post so I may have to start a new one...or am I just being brain dead?
My neighbour came over last night and saw the updated outriggers on my PC. He say's his buddy (who owns a fab shop) should be able make this for me from scraps! He'll let me know. Kinda cool eh!?
I'll update and/or post later.

Totally cool.
I'd always envisioned somewhat thicker stock, although in that case you would obviously lose the nice 45-45 bends where it comes up from underneath the speaker.
While it makes "sense", I don't know that it would be necessary to have the front one connected to the back one.
You could have slots instead of holes to connect to the existing speaker feet, so that the design could be adapted for other uses/manufacturers.
Nice.
