Back to normal fast ths morning.

When I first attempted to load the home page tonight, I waited 10 minutes and it still hadn't loaded fully. I was able to view other sites during this 10 minutes normally. Tonight, it's sporadic. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow.

Note for Guillaume.

I was trying to email Axiom via the Sales Contact page today about a gift certificate that I purchased as I need to correct some information on it. After typing in my email and pressing [send] I received an error message indicating that I did not fill in the captcha correctly. However, your contact page does not have a place to either display or enter a captcha, thus making it impossible to send a message.

And if anybody from Axiom is reading this thread today, I would love to change the recipient info on the gift certificate I purchased this morning. I did not see a place to fill in the recipient info so I suspect that I probably breezed through the screens too quickly and erroneously entered my own address, thinking it was supposed to be my billing info or something.

I have left two voice mails and although it's not a big deal, I'd love to get this corrected before it goes out the door.

Murph I'll be happy to PM you with my personal info to make sure that Gift Certificate gets to a happy home.

Hey Guys !

While I'm beeing quiet down here, dont think that I have forgotten about you all.
I've been looking into all the traceroutes provided here and so far, nothing is out of the ordinary.
I've been on the phone with some of the larger ISPs in north america (mostly TimeWarner, Comcast, Earthlink and Verizon) and have been running some tests with them.
Unfortunetly for our inqueries, the results are all the same... everything is running fast and smooth.

Nevertheless, we're going to continue diggig.

Fred ? Are you still experiencing any issues ?

Oh, believe you me, Fred has issues....

I've been trying around 30 minutes to get the Axiom site to load from 12:30 to 1:00pm today. Once it did finally load, I'm not having any speed problems.

I also disconnected my Netgear router during that time and used only the modem, and there was no improvement in speed.

During this time, access to all other web sites went fast as normal.

Also it wouldn't load axiomaudi.com/speedtest either during this time.

I just tried to run the speedtest again in another window, and it still hasn't loaded. I'm also experiencing extreem slowness with axiom site in this window also now.
