Hi all! I just splurged for a pair of m60's and qs8's for the living room. My question has to do with the qs speaker stands and qs8's - should you mount the speaker with the bottom speaker panel or take it off? It looks awfully thin to be supporting the weight of the speaker itself. Thanks!

I don't have the Qs8 speaker stands, but know they are designed for the Qs8's, and lots of people have been using them for years. I would used them as designed.

FWIW I mounted mine with the panels/grills on. No problems after a year of enjoyable use.
