It is very patchy, depending on the primer you get multiple hues of pink to red. It takes a few coats before it finally gets consistent.

Those must be Canadian companies. Don't think you can buy these in Missouri. Anyway Sherwin Williams should have the equivalent of these.

Brian, Boston is still not in Canada. Benjamin Moore is based in NJ. Well that's a fine Hawaii, Missouri can boast the #1 crystal meth (oops) county in the US and there's no Benjamin Moore dealer? Hmmph!

I just checked out their website. There are 17 Benjamin Moore stores in the greater St. Louis area. Buy expensive red, so Murph and I won't have anything to PM about when you post the pics.

Kidding aside, Cat, if you're gonna use reds, true oranges or bright, pure yellows, either buy the good stuff, or buy less expensive stuff, but use a primer designed for one of those 3 hues. Or don't.

The whole world is watching.

No pressure.

St. Louis is like on the other side of the state. I'm going to have to search what is in Kansas City.

Sorry, Brian. Why'd I think St. Louis? Well, if there are 17 in the Gr St. L area, then Kansas City will surely have more than a couple.

Edit: Maybe I've always only noticed your state and not the specific city, 'cause it has the word "Kansas" in it?

I found one that sells the BM paint (did I just say BM?) I mean Benjamin Moore paint. It's

PROFESSIONAL PAINT & COATINGS
8560 N. GREENHILLS ROAD,
KANSAS CITY, MO - 64154

which isn't too far from me. It's about 1.5 miles to Sherwin Williams, and about 12 miles to this place. I hope the paint is so much better.

ZEKE'S PAINT & DESIGN CENTER
111 NE 91ST ST,
KANSAS CITY, MO - 64155

is a little closer.
