I can't imagine you will be sending back the M60's. Still lovin' mine going on 3 years. I have an ep500, but I rarely use it for music. Looking forward to your impressions with 'em when they arrive. Welcome to the forum.

M22's are pretty awesome with a sub for sure.

I'm really not going to be missing any M60's. I'll have 5 M22's with 1 VP160 and 1 EP350. The VP160 helps to fill in any void between M22's and sub. This is all on the font wall, before surrounds.
My living room is currently undergoing a make over and won't resemble the picture in my signature much.

My friend has the M80's, vp180 etc. He of course suggested the 1100's and the EP500, but with my room the 60's will fine.

My feeling on the LFRs (having not listened to them, seen them, or anything else like that) is that you should have a dedicated room for them--with a wall behind 'em.

Well, the DSP is different than the LFRs. Just because you've got hte DSP, for, say, your M80s and VP160 doesn't mean that you're using the reflected sound thing. If you've got an open space behind the LFRs, like the OP in this thread would have with that staircase, I can't imagine they'd work all that well. Especially if the distance to the back wall is different for the two.

Love the new M60's!!!! Hearing things i didnt hear with the M22's, but the increased low end really helped with music & movies.

This makes me "right" at least twice!
