Thanks, everyone! I just got back from a week away from my family -- first to Tempe, AZ for my brother's graduation from ASU and rhrn to Los Angeles for my cousin's graduation from LMU -- so seeing them again was a great gift. Mark, should I have waited a little while longer before acknowledging my thread? I don't want it to die prematurely.

No, you can acknowledge it over and over. But remember at some point to divert it to "What I like to eat / drink / watch on my birthday, and it'll go for awhile!

Thanks everyone! I can't wait to have the birthday beers I brought home from CA. Those of you who are my Facebook friends can see the pics. I seem to have promised to bring most/all of them to an upcoming beer tasting with friends from work. One friend has three bottles of Westvleteren to share, too.
