Everything is now on order:
Denon 3805
M60ti, VP150 and QS8
SVS 20-39 PC+
Thanks again to all of you that advised me on putting this all together. I have no doubt that I have a better system selected with your help than I ever could have put together by myself. I will let you know when it all gets here and will post some pics and comments!

So, BigJohn, you planning on ordering without hearing them or just can't wait? You may just want to put in a weekend drive to Austin to come hear these guys...and come see NASCAR 3D...still gotta take my son out of school early to do that...
But if you can't wait, I definitely understand...as will numerous others...

Alright Randy! Except for my HSU STF-2 sub, I'll have the same speaker configuration. Hope you really enjoy everything.

furrer, yeah man.. i had original plans(which included a DENON receiver) to ease into this HT deal and be very cautious.. but after hearing all these great things about these speakers, i truly feel like i have no concerns. now, the only thing that waiting will do, is keep me without a KILLER system for longer than i wanna be. once i made the decision to get the ONKYO, its like the flood gates are open, and i just cant get the stuff here fast enough.
i would still like to keep in touch with you, and i would still love to come hear your system and see your set-up.. the pics can never fully do a proper justice. plus, i really wanna hear that sub.. BOMBS AWAY....

I was able to order the M60s first, audition them - and then order the rest of the speakers later - while still getting the 5% package discount. Might be a wise move as return shipping from Texas would probably run ~$200 for the whole shebang (sp).

Guess what I just received and set up in my basement yesterday?
Denon 3805
M60ti, VP150 and QS8
except: SVS PB2-isd (still waiting for shipment)
Axiom are incredible. Ordered on Saturday, shipped on Monday, received on Wednesday.
Didn't have too much of a chance to play with the system last night since it was 11pm when we finished tweaking everything, but damn did it all sound sweet.
I did stick my Tannoy bookshelf speakers up on the rear wall for 7.1 and to use for DVD-Audio. Maybe I'll upgrade these to some M3s later to have the matched set look.
Can't wait to get the sub now and get rid of that POS box I am currently using.

Congratulations!!! You will be burning many happy hours listening to the new toys. Wait until you plug the SVS in and then calibrate everything. Going to the bathroom will be the only reason you leave the basement.

Believe it or not the WAF was highest on Black! Jan told me that black allowed her eyes move past the speakers. That was good because she told me that speakers are not furniture and should be heard and not seen. She even wanted black on the surrounds. She plans on buying some picture frames and some throw pillows with some black to tie things together. I love her!

I have never had a Sub before so I may not be the best judge of its performance. I would be impressed if it just makes noise! I must admit I check the tracking with UPS every 4 hours to see where it's at.
