It would be a nice feature to have on either the forums or on the axiom web site, the history and evolution and explanation of the different upgrades over the years of all the versions of each speaker (with pics)

It would be a nice feature to have on either the forums or on the axiom web site, the history and evolution and explanation of the different upgrades over the years of all the versions of each speaker (with pics) I'm on board. Not only for interesting reading but I can visualize specific marketing benefits as well. The Axiom evolution, so cool.

example ...
M80ti (with pic) first introduced in 19... to ..... ---------------------------------------------------- M80 v2 (with pic) manufactured from ..... to ...... main changes; drivers position & improved crossovers + front grill --------------------------------------------------------------- M80 v3 (with pic) manufactured from ..... to ...... main changes; improved crossovers + front grill
please if you support this idea please go to the poll >> !!! thanks

I think that would be a good idea, but very time consuming to detail all the models dating back into the 1980's.
There are many historical viewpoints in the forums from owners, some have posted pictures. That might feed your quest for history.
My personal journey with Axiom began in the late 1980's with a visit in 1990/91 - pictures posted here somewhere. Others have detailed their visits and provided good information on Axiom.

My personal journey with Axiom began in the late 1980's Pfffft! MY personal journey with Axiom started in the early 70s. That's when Ian, Amie and Alan all had huge afros.

I'm not so sure that Axiom still retains a sample of every model ever produced.
Likewise, Ian is already on record saying that the changes are continual and gradual; the transition from ti to v2 to v3 may be far less distinct than you project.
Finally, what do you want Ian spending his time, talent and resources on? Developing new and improved products for us all to enjoy, or satisfying your curiosity about the past?

FYI... quoted from Ian himself; This is a great idea. We may be able to do it as a video since we keep "museum" pieces of all the models through the years. Thanks.
I have bought axiom products since th early 90's.. the AX line... you saying that Ian would stop developing new and improved products for us all to enjoy to satisfy my curiosity is very funny...
and on this day.. Canada day!! & As a comsumer of axiom products, a 100% canadian company, i'm proud to encourage them and am interested is seeing all the hard work these guys achieved over the years, but that is just me.. n'est pas?

I'm proud to encourage them, too. I think I've proven that repeatedly.
I didn't say I thought Ian would "stop" doing anything. It's a question of prioritizing limited resources.
What was your goal in posting the poll given Ian's apparently gracious response?

Johnny, unless there is a "secret room" that Ian and team would not let us into, he has a certain amount of older models in the museum. That are was open for us to see upon our visit in 2010 for the anniversary.
Exlab, the second link is the brochure I also have. Ian laughed when I showed him that one at the anniversary event!
