Speaking of "Cse." Do you pronounce each individual letter, i.e. See Ess Eee, or is it one word like Hsu=sue; Cse=See.
This is starting to sound like an old Jack Benny/Mel Brooks routine.
Jack: Do you have a sister?
Mel(in a sombrero): Si!
Jack: What's her name?
Mel: Sue

From what I understand, the ELT CSe is the center channel from the current ELT system, turned on end, and in a rosewood cabinet. Is that correct Craig?

Close ... same drivers, but the speaker stays horizontal... making the mid and tweeter a vertical alignment

Really? So it is meant to be short and wide...not tall and skinny? Are you sure? That is not how I interpreted it from the AV123 board.
That would take up a lot of space on a sheff.....or even on stands if you had to maneuver around them, easier to knock off of stands.
I do think aligning the mid and tweet vertically is a better idea though.

Sounds like Bose 301s. NO! Not "SOUNDS" like Bose 301s. Sounds like it LOOKS like Bose 301s; short and wide. I'M sounding like Bose 301's; muddy and confused. No breakfast; low blood sugar.

Mark actually was adamant about that, he called me to make sure I had them laying down... Spiff has pictures of the layout, including both bookshelf speakers on stands, the STD-1, VTF-3, and the UFW-10 next to each other, and a picture of me standing next to the Onix Ref 3... THAT one should ruin appetites

Now Curtis. Don't pick on the reviewer 'til AFTER the review. You know he meant STF not STD. (It was funny though, wasn't it)
